Create Timeless Memories with Legacy Pet Photos in Victoria, BC

Time with our dogs is precious, yet their time with us always feels far too short.

Every dog leaves a lasting legacy, an unforgettable imprint on the hearts of those who love them. From the loyal companion who grew up alongside you to the playful pup who became part of your family, each dog holds a special place in your story.

Preserve Your Dog’s Legacy with Beautiful, Custom Photography

Photographs can preserve these cherished memories, bringing back the joy and love they brought into your life. While phones capture countless quick snapshots, professionally crafted portraits create something more meaningful—a lasting legacy honouring the unique bond you and your dog share.

These images go beyond simple pictures; they capture the essence of your dog’s personality and the love they’ve given you, becoming timeless keepsakes to treasure forever.

Let their legacy live on through fine art portraits that celebrate their role as a beloved member of your family.

Noosh

Rocky, Victoria, BC

I don’t have the right words to express my gratitude for Shelly and her incredible photography work, but I’ll try.
Reviews are not something I feel compelled to do often, I have a side to me that prefers the unknown, I rarely look them up and like many people I just forget to do it regardless of my personality. This time it’s different.

I contacted Shelly to arrange a session with her in December of 2023. We headed out into the woods on a very foggy day. I brought my yellow Labrador Noosh along with my husband and step daughter. This day was all about Noosh and it was important to me to have the right person take our photos. In June of 2023 at the age of 18 months Noosh was diagnosed with T Cell Lymphoma. A fairly common cancer in older dogs, much rarer in young dogs. I dropped everything when the diagnosis came and spent the entire summer and fall focusing on her health, filling her life up with as much joy as I could and savouring every moment with her. There is no cure for canine cancer, chemotherapy and other treatments simply buy time.

By October she was in remission and in November she relapsed. I knew it would mean everything to me if I had professional photos done before her final transition in life. Shelly was thoughtful, kind, compassionate and so incredible. The photos she took are absolutely stunning and she captured every beautiful angle of my girl Noosh. The photos have a wonderful ethereal feel to them, Shelly is an incredible artist. We lost Noosh in January of 2024. She fought so hard. She was a beautiful dog with a real zest for life. Noosh was my heart dog and I miss her every day.

Please do not look any further if you’re looking for a pet photographer. Shelly is the one, this I know. Trust me. I have forever memories now captured in the most perfect way. Thank you Shelly. So much gratitude for you.

Please note that travel fees may apply for any session outside the Greater Victoria area
